ABSTRACT
The article reports on the complaint filed by an elderly widow regarding the fall of her investment returns after fund switches by Barclays PLC. Park House Financial Services partner Richard Davis states that the client was put into Aviva global cautious income fund and Legal & General trust which both dropped from 2006 to 2008. He notes that the client relies on her capital for income as she is recovering from her illness. A statement from a Barclay's spokesman regarding the issue is presented.
