The article focuses on Bling Nation Ltd.'s contactless mobile handset stickers for closed loop local networks in the U.S. The stickers will initiate transactions routed to automated clearing-house network. It provides merchants with contactless payment terminals communicating over cell phone networks with payment system authorization. It directs local markets where financial institutions have strong position in consumer and merchant accounts.
