ABSTRACT
The article explores the concept of the multi-channel model of concept shops. This model entails joining up Web, shop and call centre to interact with consumers. It takes away the fear that online bookings will undercut high-street business by encouraging online bookers to visit stores. The model is a different way of selling and working.
