ABSTRACT
The article presents information on the scenario of litigation funding in Great Britain. It is stated that litigation funding has had a slow start in Great Britain, but its supporters are convinced it will take off. Third-party funding is not a new phenomenon, but it is becoming an increasingly common way to get cases to court. It gives claimants an alternative way of paying the legal fees that build up during the course of collating the case.
