ABSTRACT
The article offers information on the message of the president of Paralyzed Veterans of America (PVA). He mentions that PVA has completed its 63rd Annual Convention and they are prepared to get back in serving their members. The president notes the needs of their organization which include fresh blood, new ideas, and increased participation from its members in many areas. Furthermore, he emphasizes that members should asked what they can do for PVA instead of asking what it can do for them.
