JW Childs' Beverage Holdings Adds Bossa Nova

This article reports on the acquisition by Cincinnati, Ohio-based Beverages Holdings, the portfolio company of JW Childs & Associates, of Bossa Nova. Bossa Nova is a company best known for its acai juices, but has also launched other exotic flavors such as acerola, mangosteen and goji berries. Beverages Holdings was launched by JW Childs when it acquired Sunny Delight from Procter & Gamble in 2004.
