The article reports on the plan of Cinemark, Limited Brands and Wendy's/Arby's Group to issue high bonds in June 2009. Wendy's/Arby's Group issued 550 million dollars in senior unsecured notes due in 2016 while Cinemark priced 470 million in senior notes due in 2019. Real Mex Restaurant is expected to offer 110 million U.S. dollars in senior notes due in 2012. Other companies with expected upcoming bond offerings are cited.
