ABSTRACT

This article reports on the energy group launched by Little Rock, Arkansas-based investment bank Stephens Inc. Six professionals from Energy Capital Solutions LP were poached by the investment bank for its new group. According to Stephens' Kenny Gunderman, the team is composed of about half mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and half capital-building. The new team, which will focus on exploration and production, oil field services, biofuels and alternative energy, will be headed by Ronald S. Montalbano, Keith J. Behrens and Bradley D. Nelson.
