ABSTRACT
The article reports that New York-based buyout shop Veritas Capital has set a 1.25 billion U.S. dollar cap on its latest fund named Veritas Capital Fund IV LP. The company is currently investing out of its third vehicle, which closed on roughly 600 million U.S. dollars in 2005. Previously, Veritas acquired Marsh & McLennan subsidiary Kroll Government Services.
