The article presents a reprint of the article "Pearly Penile Papules," which appeared at www.cmaj.ca. It presents a case of a 23-year old man with a 4-year history of flesh coloured, spiny papules around the coronal rim of his glans penis. He was diagnosed with pearly penile papules (PPP), which commonly develop after puberty. This is higher among black people and uncircumsised men and treatment should be reserved for patients who are highly distressed by its appearance.
