Trucano Advises Against Complexity

The article reports that David Trucano, managing director of Centerbridge Partners, has warned that mid-market companies with complex capital structures will face problems in 2010. According to Trucano at the Corporate Restructurings Conference at Cordoza Law School, investors will also have problems with derivatives. He asserted that middle-market companies will have a hard time obtaining financing.
