The article reports on the decision of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania-based private equity firm LLR Partners to acquire the enterprise software company I-many for an estimated 36 million U.S. dollars in cash including 23.3 million U.S. dollars in debt. It is noted that I-many stockholders will receive 0.43 U.S. dollar per share in cash with the assumption that the software company has 8 million U.S. dollars in cash upon closing. Montgomery & Co., LLC was the adviser of I-many.
