ABSTRACT
A 47 year-old male patient attended to our emergency clinic 3 hours after gunshot injury. There was a wide defect in scrotal area, each testicle and each corpus cavernous was injured and corpus spongiosum and urethra was totally disrupted. Right testicle was orchiectomised left one was repaired. We also repaired each cavernosal bodies, urethra and spongiosum as anastomosed in end to end style. In postoperative 6 weeks control patient was happy with outcome and declared that he had normal erections. His only complaint was slight loss of sensation in glans penis. In the treatment of genital injuries all possibilities should be considered in order to preserve the penis and testicles.
