ABSTRACT
The article discusses the issues that are holding back corporate leaders. Leaders express frustration when they encounter employees who lack vivid and well-communicated vision. One major inhibitor to leaders' ability to build strong teams is the lack of open, honest and courageous communication. Another issue cited by leaders is lack of accountability.
