ABSTRACT
The article reports that AZZ Inc. in Cincinnati, Ohio, to purchase the assets of Pilot Galvanizing Corp. and Bristol Galvanizing. According to the article, the acquisition is part of the strategy of AZZ to continue the geographic expansion of its market and grow the galvanizing services section of the company. It is stated that AZZ has effectively doubled its network of facility in the last three year of 2009 and continues to look for additional expansion opportunities.
