Fulfilling a dream: Chouchaoui travels rough road to achieve success with R&D firm

The article discusses the success story of engineer Ben Chouchaoui, who has launched the engineering, research and development (R&D) firm Windsor Industrial Development Laboratory Inc. Born in Algeria, he earned immigrant status in Canada in 1993 and started his career as an R&D engineer with Joh Rubber Inc. Later on he became head of the R&D department. After two years, he went to LDM Industries and when LDM started to lose its own footing, he opened his own firm. INSET: Bekaert closing bead wire site.
