First IP Video Casino Surveillance System Deployed in France

The article reports that the Casino Thèâtre Barriàre de Toulouse has installed Internet protocol (IP) video to improve its security surveillance requirements in 2009 in France. Casino has hired systems integrator SPIE Sud-Ouest to deploy the 350-camera system. A security management computer software is utilized to control all the cameras. The casino offers clients 250 slot machines, 14 gaming tables and three restaurants.
