ABSTRACT
The article discusses the process for calculating and establishing U.S. Air Force aircraft total not mission capable maintenance (TNMCM) standards with the C-5 Galaxy aircraft. It says that the process aims to analyze the process for calculating and establishing TNMCM standards. However, TNMCM standards are dependent on mission capable and the total not mission capable supply rates and standards.
