ABSTRACT
The article reports that organisers of the Bathurst 12 Hour racing event have scrapped the price cap for 2010 event in favour of a definitive eligibility list. The list aims to include a range of new cars, while still ensuring that the current cars remain competitive. The event has also undergone a complete class restructure in light of the new entrants that will simplify the event. A new invitational class has been added and will include cars capable of an outright victory to expand numbers.
