The article evaluates the accuracy of a study that determines the reliability of computed tomographic (CT) colonography in diagnosing colorectal cancer (CRC) screening for average-risk individuals. It investigates the study's pretest probability of disease, accurate and unbiased results, the accuracy of the diagnostic test in terms of sensitivity, specificity , positive and negative predictive value.
