ABSTRACT
The article reports on the NAIFA Sales System, an online development program, offered by the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA) in the U.S. It states that the program is designed to help achieve professional sales growth by combining a proven sales process into 12 online modules that use fundamentals of integrity selling. It also helps increase sales because it changes behavior and challenges the belief in what are capable of achieving the way to interact.
