Investigates retrospective medical charts and autopsy reports at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation to determine the degree of concordance between clinical causes of death and autopsy diagnoses in the intensive care unit. Reasons for the decline in autopsy rates; Number of patients autopsied after death; Percentage of discordance between clinical and post-mortem diagnoses.
