ABSTRACT
The article discusses the case of a seven-year-old dog in Northern, Italy that died after it was vaccinated with anti-rabies two-weeks prior to its death. The dog was said to have shown unnatural aggressive behavior before it died. An investigation into the cause of death was made which included assessing the environment and the possible source of infection. The findings show that the dog was indeed infected with rabies.
