ABSTRACT
The article presents information on a virtual shopper who visited several travel agents in Great Britain in order to evaluate services offered by them. According to mystery shopper, at Co-operative Travel, an agent made eye contact, but she thought that the shopper was part of another group, so did not greet him. At Connect Travel all three agents were busy with clients. Thomson was made winner because the shopper was immediately served at this professional-looking travel agency.
