Restaurant Associates (RA) recently implemented its Green Dining Practices as part of an effort to reduce its clients environmental impact. To deal with the amount of bottled water on campus, the University of Indianapolis decided to install a purified-water dispensing system. At the Normandie Ridge Senior Living Community, one of the sustainable practices implemented is reducing the amount of paper products used in the nursing and assisted living areas.
