The article reports that Thomas Cook Ltd.'s travel agent Christine Griffiths won the prize of the use of a Porsche Boxster S automobile for a month from Mystery Shopper, a representative for the journal "Travel Weekly." The Mystery Shopper was served by Christine at Thomas Cook in King's Lynn, England. She got full marks for customer service and scored 98%. Christine told that she was aware that she was being mystery shopped.
