ABSTRACT
The article presents a statement issued by Albany Law School Distinguished Professor Emeritus David D. Siegel concerning the remarks by several colleagues on his works. He claims that he is very honored in hearing those remarks coming from his family and colleagues, including Sam Hesson, Ralph Semerad, Mike Garcia and others. He also acknowledges the people who attended and became responsible for organizing the event.
