ABSTRACT
The article presents remarks by Connie Mayer, Associate Dean for Academic Affairs at Albany Law School, on the career of Distinguished Professor Emeritus David D. Siegel. She states that Siegel joined the Albany Law School faculty in 1972 after teaching at Saint John's Law School for ten years. According to her, Siegel demonstrates the meaning of excellence through his teachings and literary works. She also believes that he represents the epitome of an excellent teacher, mentor and an excellent scholar.
