ABSTRACT
The article reports on the outlook on home-builder stocks despite the improvement oaround on the conflicting signals of foreclosures and rising mortgage rates versus declining inventories and pockets of recovery in the U.S. According to home builder analyst Megan McGrath, they like the home-builder stocks because there is an upside between now and the end of 2009. Analyst David Urani said that he is cautious on the home builders because price pressure will continue to squeeze profit margins.
