The article focuses on the green fees of public golf courses of the Northern California Golf Association (NCGA). Twain Harte in Modesto, California has two public courses with green fees. Manteca Park golf course in Manteca, California has green fees that range from 10 dollars to 28 dollars. Bing Maloney in Sacramento, California has green fees of 20 dollars.
