The article offers updates related to the Northern California Golf Association (NCGA) in the U.S. The NCGA Rules and Competitions Department will conduct a three day classroom seminar on golf policies and rules in Alamo. The NCGA Fan Page on Facebook has gained more than 1,400 people to participate in its interactive online community. The NCGA Foundation hosted a clinic at Spyglass Hill which was participated by a group of 13 kids from Friendship Baptist Church in Seaside.
