ABSTRACT
The article reports on salary sacrifice arrangement of law firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer with its 1,800 staff to have access to a company car. The salary sacrifice car scheme will give the staff a saving of up to 40% on income tax and up to 11% on renting a car. According to Adam Brooke, employee manager at the law firm, the scheme will open chances to all levels of staff to have a company car.
