ABSTRACT
The article focuses on cross-border financial planning in the U.S. It notes that cross-border planners warn that CBP presents a minefield of legal and financial traps. It adds that CBPs aid people with several financial and legal ramifications for their cross-border entanglements. Moreover, it presents the dynamics for cross-border planning. It mentions Laura Brook of International relations for the Financial Planning Association who states that opportunities for cross border planning may be an outgrowth of the financial planning growth.
