ABSTRACT
The article talks about the need of manufacturers for expert integration. Scott Dixon, vice president of business development at Entegreat, suggests that manufacturer should look for an integrator who can perform the transfer of knowledge and stresses that knowledge transfer is vital. According to Dixon, firms that need integrators could be those who have eliminated their staff due to financial trouble. For food and beverage, it says that most manufacturers are searching for manufacturing visibility.
