ABSTRACT
The article reports on the development of personal teller machines by U.S.-based uGenius that enables bank institutions to move tellers out of branches into a central call center. The machines enhance an older-style machines that needed teller to be at a branch speaking through a telephone to a customer. It is noted that the deployment of the machines at Coastal Federal Credit Union are successful that more branches will adopt them.
