The article presents findings of a study on the role of entrepreneurs in a company's decision making processes. According to 50% of respondents, they are happy to stay in a company if the environment is conducive to entrepreneurial behaviour. Findings revealed that the respondents were reluctant to adopt entrepreneurship in the workforce because it contradicts with the established management ethos.
