ABSTRACT
The article reports on the views of Paul Moron, a human resource (HR) director at LG Electronics in Slough, England, on the impact of the decline of the property market on the recruitment of top talent. Moron said they are building their employer brand because they want the top people in the industry to come to LG but people do not want to relocate because they are unable sell their homes to come and live there. Moron has used the results of a survey to start an HR strategy to make a cultural shift towards a more talent led business.
