ABSTRACT
The article reports on efforts by Lloyds Pharmacy to prepare for the swine flu pandemic. According to human resources (HR) director Fiona Morgan, she has been monitoring by region and area the number of cases among the firm's 17,000 staff in Great Britain. Actions taken by the pharmacy chain include creating contingency staffing plans and launching a dedicated intranet site to update pharmacists with all the latest information and official advice.
