Country Report

According to a poll by Factum Invenio, 50% of respondents in favour of the country's involvement in the war in Afghanistan and 50% opposed. Meanwhile, inflation came in at 1.2% year on year in June 2009, owing particularly to a 7.3% contraction in transport prices and a 4.6% contraction in food prices.
