ABSTRACT
The article discusses the move of several insurance companies to use new technology in a move to reach out more to their customers in the U.S. It mentions that to attain a successful campaign, it should be rooted into three principles, which include aligning technology integration with an informed business strategy, and creating a unified view of providers and members. It relates that a large data warehouse is also needed to have an organized arrangement of information.
