ABSTRACT
The article discusses several court cases related to labor in Great Britain. In Dumfries and Galloway Constabulary v Adams, the Employment Appeals Tribunal (EAT) ruled that night work can be considered a normal day-to-day activity, in relation to an employee's disability discrimination claim. In Nicholson v Grainger, an employee claimed he was dismissed because of his strongly held beliefs about climate change.
