'Direct dialogue with candidates' hits the spot for soft-drinks giant

According to Stephen Mulvenna, European talent development consultant for the company, they wanted their organisational culture to become clear. A self-assessment questionnaire is included in the site for candidates to determine how well they would fit into the company culture. Kevin Keohane of SAS helped Coca-Cola to design the site.
