ABSTRACT
The article offers information on the Graduate Talent Pool scheme of the British government unveiled by Skills secretary John Denham. According to Denham, the scheme aimed to improve the employability of graduates and help organisations to exploit the benefits that such individuals can bring. He said that the scheme was expanding opportunities for graduates through matching them with employers in different sectors.
