ABSTRACT
The article focuses on artificial intelligence (AI) that plays an important role in the development of business solutions and lessens the costs in the collection of useful information. The scanner and the optical character recognition technologies are samples of AI's capture technologies that are useful in businesses. They are the tools that help in identifying, sorting and extracting information from various sources, and in creating a cost-effective database management.
