ABSTRACT
The article focuses on web content management (WCM) software platforms that help organizations meet challenges. Consumers demand higher expectations for interaction on the Internet, businesses need to meet consumers' needs by adopting wider Web Experience Management (WEM) that it based on the WCM. The use of WCM platforms lessens the need for manual jobs, helps in marketing strategies, increases social networking capabilities and employees need to understand their roles in achieving success.
