ABSTRACT
The article provides information relative to veterans' concerns in the U.S. According to Trent & Co., only 16% of Americans believe to be prepared for emergencies. The September 1959 issue of "Paraplegia News" (PN) featured a rehabilitation center established in New Jersey and the success of Bulova watchmakers during the National Wheelchair Games. The Post 9/11 GI Bill is a broad educational assistance program that would benefit the veterans.
