The article profiles Daniele Cervino, senior vice president and general counsel of Environmental Waste Management Associates LLC (EWMA) in Parsippany, New Jersey. It notes that Cervino facilitated several real estate and business transactions and litigation settlements involving environmental issues. Moreover, Cervino also served in the implementation and continuing success of the Guaranteed Fixed-Prices Remediation program held by her company, known as Secur-It.
