The article discusses the themes that will be devoted to 2010 issues of the journal. Among the topics that will be discussed are imperialism, particularly the differences between friend and foe in the Soviet Union, political order, economic order, and social order, otherness, power, the Molotov-Ribbentrop pact, neighbors, and hostility.
