ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the issue concerning the user interface (UI) in mobile device. It cites the factors which affect the UI including keyboard, touchscreen, and operating system. It explores the efforts of several original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), designers as well as carriers of mobile phones in looking for a good quality of UI to attract the consumer. It also views on the behavior of consumer regarding the features of mobile phones.
