ABSTRACT
The article presents information on a shopper who wants to purchase a holiday package by visiting several travel agents in Great Britain. This shopper has been designed by the journal to know about the quality of a specific product. This time the shopper visited Co-operative Travel. According to the shopper, Co-operative Travel agent's questions were thorough, but she failed to ask about budget. The shopper concluded that the service was good and the staff appeared keen to get the business.
